“Vienna salutes Tirana”, the concert takes place in Albania
On the evening of February 15, 2018 at 19.00 in the “Palace of Congresses” will take place the concert on “Vienna salutes Tirana”. This evening will be performed by the Albanian artists: the well-known soprano Inva Mula, pianist and composer Genc Tukiçi, soloists and choreographers of TOB Enada and Gerd Vaso, Vikena Kamenica, and the Austrian artists: Tatzl, Baritone Gunter Haumer from Viener Volksoper, Benjamin ZIERVOGEL, Concertmaster & Quartet ACIES. The guest of honor will be world-renowned tenor Ramon Vargas. This concert was first held on November 16, 2017, at 19.30 in Vienna, in the prestigious “Mozart Saal” hall. The event coincided with the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Albanian state and was organized as the initiative of “Glanz-Ing Tendler Perfomances”. At that evening they performed: the Quartet of the Wiener Philharmonie, the bass bariton Thomas Tatzl, the soprano Inva Mula, Mexosoprano Etleva Shemai- Baritone Gëzim Myshketa, Genc Tukici, Pianist and composer, Olen Çezari, E-Violin, Maria Yakovleva, Primaballerina and Wiener Staatsoper ballerin Eno Peci, soloist, Volkhard Steude, Konzertmeister. The program included works by: Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Johann Sebastian Bach, Frédéric Chopin, Jules Massenet, Astor Piazzolla, Vittorio Vincenzo Monti, Johannes Brahms, Vincenzo Bellini und “Evergreens” and Albanian part.
