The Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra awards Daniel Barenboim

The Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra has appointed honorary director Daniel Barenboim as a distinguished conductor.

This master’s responsibility was taken on the 50th anniversary of his debut at the Berliner podium, which happened on June 14, 1969.

The Argentinean-Israeli master has been the guest director many times by Berliner. He is the first in the history of the prestigious orchestra appointed honorary director.
