The tenor from Kumanova Ismet Vejseli performs in Kremlin
On Saturday, February 1, 2020, in Moscow, the new tenor Ismet Vejsel performed at a concert. Various musicians have regarded Moscow, the Kremlin as high points in their careers. Tenor Vejseli has described it as “indescribable pleasure”. For his Kremlin debut he expressed his gratitude and thanks to his singing teacher Ana Durlovsky for the wonderful work and pianist Elena Siljanoska who worked with her from the competition in Bulgaria to the Kremlin concert. Meanwhile, this year on November 9 and 10, 2019, a competition for “Balkan Romansiada” lyrical voices was held in Sofia. The only Albanian participant in this edition was the young Kumanovo tenor Ismet Vejseli. He was accompanied on the piano by Prof. Elena Siljanoska. At the end of the competition Ismet was awarded the second prize for the romance singing in Russian. Regarding the importance of this award he said: “For me this award is very much due to the importance and the many years tradition of this competition. It is about Russian romances, which is not widely interpreted, and this has been an opportunity to learn more about Russian music in particular. ” Currently Ismet Vejseli is a student at the Faculty of Music at the Cyril and Methodius University under the direction of acclaimed soprano Dr. Anna Durlovski. Tenor Vejseli has been part of many cantonal activities in Macedonia, Germany and Italy.
