Stefani Spiri: Be with you!

Last year in June she released her first single called “I still love you”. Lyrics and music were penned by Stefania herself, while orchestration was performed by our well-known composer Shpëtim Saraçi. A few days ago Stefania has published her new single. The song is on the channel You tube, called “Be with you” and is a collaboration of Stephanie with the production of Cristo Cola and Marko Polo. She is a violin student at the Conservatory of Corfu but writing and singing songs is her passion. Opusalb talked to the author and singer of the song. Follow our conversation with Stefani Spiri.

Opusalb: Stefani how did your last song come out?

S. Spiri: Songs come out from me  naturally whenever I sit on the piano. Of those I write, i do not like them all. The ones I like, I save them on my iPod. So this song was born and I liked it and kept it. I think that like this song, the first song I’ve published “I still love you,” and the other two songs that are in the process of orchestration, are instant inspirations and I publish these creations without making changes to the melody.

Opusalb: How long have you worked on this song?

I usually do the songs very soon, but the orchestration process is delayed. I am a violin student at the Conservatory of Corfu and consequently economically difficult to pay. Thus, a song to go with ranges from 8 to 10 months.

Opusalb: Do you mean to sing in Albanian?

Many would like! I have fled small from Albania, but although I know well Albanian, I can not make texts myself. Maybe in the future I will have a collaboration with a creator.

Opusalb: Are you planning  other songs?

As I said, now in the orchestration process are two songs in English, one with my text, the other with my friend from Los Angeles text. The latter addresses the issue of the difficult time and the many problems we are experiencing, but we must continue to hope and never surrender, because hope never dies in our eyes. Also, I have two more songs in Greek, which should be orchestrated. Creating and interpreting the song is my hobby and I like to continue it. Thank you!
