International Festival of Classical Music takes place in Ulcinj
September brings an event that brings together canto worshipers. This is the fourth edition of the Belcanto Dolcinio Festival. This year’s participants will be from Ulcinj, Albania and the USA.
This festival will take place from September 13-15 and will bring to the stage of the Ulcinj Museum: The Sopranot Anila Hoxha, Gjylie Pelingu, Elaenor Valkenburg, Elbasan Archery Orchestra, pianist Fatime Buzuku and the US rock band “Break of reality”.
