Riselda Sejdia brings on stage the “Rewind” ballet
On Wednesday evening, on the evening of July 4-th, at 20.30, in Tirana will take place one act ballet “Rewind”. This contemporary jazz dance has choreographers and librettist Riselda Sejdia and comes under the interpretation of the actress Delinda Zhupa and of the second choreography students: Kristina Spahi, Klaudjo Begaj, Alvaro Selimaj, Milirjan Horanlliu. This “Rewind” ballet 60 minutes long, is conceived and designed in Jazz dance techniques. The ballet is the first artistic work where Riselda intertwines acting with dancing. In 2015, Sejdia published the poetic collection called “Shpirti Kalendar i Mullirit”. The book of this ballet is supported precisely in this edition and for spectators it will come under the interpretation of actress Delinda Zhupa. Emotion, joy, bitterness, frustration, hypocrisy and love will unfold through words and movements as a return to writing on various artistic experiences where everything has been personal. This show will be displayed in the hall of the University of Arts starting at 20.30. She graduated as a choreographer in 2007 at this University. She continued the doctoral studies at the Albanological Study Center in Tirana at the Institute of Cultural Anthropology of Art Studies in Ethnology-Folklore Specialty. Riselda Sejdia holds her PhD title and is a lecturer at the University of Arts in Tirana.
