Recital of Albanian pianist Almira Emiri in Budapest

On 19 October 2017 at 7pm the Albanian pianist Almira Emiri will hold her recital in Budapest, in the prestigious “Óbudai Társaskör” hall one of the most beautiful and the most frequented in the Hungarian capital. This concert was previously presented by Almira during the summer in Israel. She says: “The idea of ​​the concert was born as a result of her collaborations in Israel with the three composers separately, but the idea was to come together in one concert.” The composer Simon Gjoni joined the three composers, with the mythical “Lule Borë” whose transcription is made by Israel’s composer, Boris Pigovat. Almira after this concert will return to Israel and will perform in November  another concert where she will play again works by Israeli composer Boris Pigovat. In the concerts she plays in most of the programs stand contemporary contemporary composers, with the aim of highlighting and bringing their work to the public. Almira says “the program is colorful though these composers are of the same epoque.  The program will be from Baroque style to film music, followed by tunes in Russian romantic style. ” “This concert has a lot of success due to the composers, but also from the way of the concerts progra,,” says Albanian pianist Almira Emiri. The recital concert program features works by Israeli composers: Boris Pigovat, Ilan Rechtman, Alex Wasserman. Wishing success to Almira, we expect such a program in Albania!
