Awaiting for the IX Biennial of Classical Music Nights
This year the Classical Music Nights Biennial will take place from August 1-rst to August 7.
The activity will be held as any edition in Durres. This year, music, wine and fans will meet at the “Adriatik” Hotel. Meanwhile, ticket sales have begun since two days ago.
The 2019 edition will be opened on Thursday, August 1, by renowned soprano Inva Mula, the pianist Genc Tukiçi and “Grupo Instrumental Siglo XX”.
The program will start at 20:00 and will bring works from Puccini, Mascagni, Verdi, Catalani.
The second night is reserved for Albanian composers: Andi Bajraktari, Ylli Ramzoti, Maks Shehu, Thoma Simaku, Endri Sina, Edmond Buharaja, Red Radoja and Haig Zacharian, who is also the General Director of the Biennial. The conductor of the second evening will be Petrika Afezolli.
Both these first evenings and the following will be in addition to music even under the wine association. The first night is accompanied by Italian wines, while the second is accompanied by the wines of the Albanian cantons: from Kavaja, Pogradec, Lezha.
Classical music nights Durrës 2019 will continue until Wednesday of August 7th.
