In Zanzibar founded Freddy Mercury Museum
As the Italian News Agency announces a museum dedicated to the late Queen soloist has also been established for several days. The Freddy Mercury Museum is located in Stone Town where the legendary soloist was born on September 5, 1946 on the island of Zanzibar.
Boero and Jafferji have done a commendable research job gathering over 100 exclusive photos, testimonials and dedicated messages, everything downstairs where Farrokh Bulsara, the artist’s real name, lived. The museum also houses his birth certificate as well as a series of testimonies from his childhood, school in Panchgani, India and the whole artistic journey that made him one of the stars of the world music landscape.
“A huge thank you goes out to the Bulsara family, to Fred’s friends and to the Queen’s group who have given us support on this inclusive journey. Now Fred has his own museum, as he deserves.
