Music and the artist: when emotion and inspiration has no barriers
In these uncertain times when many musical activities have stopped, musicians have again found ways and means to stay close to people. Some of them even in very difficult situations showing in addition to their artistic side also the human dimension. Internationally renowned violinist Maxim Vengerov held an online consultation hour on Thursday. The prestigious magazine “Classic FM” has called Vengerov “one of the greatest violinists in the world”.
The unusualness of this action relates to the story behind it. Kosovo student Festim Haxhikadriu from the University of Prishtina, who attends the Faculty of Arts, remained in a coma for several months as a result of an accident.
His pedagogue, a multidimensional name of our nationwide culture violinist Sihana Badivuku insisted that the Festim family put on classical music while he was in the hospital.
The celebration miraculously reacted under the interpretation of this great violinist, Vengerov. He has started to react and give signs of awakening. And now that the Celebration is at its feet, master Vengerov has expressed a desire to develop violin lessons and even meet the Celebration.
A miracle of the sound of the violin and a gratitude and thanks to the great Russian artist.
