Ludovico Einaudi: to whom I owe the success of a musical career
As ANSA writes, the famous Italian composer Ludovico Einaudi says that for a successful musical career he owes it to a thief.
“In my childhood I dreamed of becoming a photographer,” he told the Zeit newspaper in an interview that has come out today. When she was 12, her father donated a Rolleiflex camera, taking her everywhere with her.
“I photographed everything, I had learned to develop and photograph. One day we were stolen in Milan and thieves took my photographic camera. I was so sad that I did not picture for years: I loved that camera so much that I did not want to buy another. Music helped me feel better in that period and eventually turned to my greatest passion. ”
But even today the passion of the 63-year-old composer has not passed in the shadows. “When I’m on the tour between the five or six things I have in the baggage, even a new” Rolleiflex “, he said.
