Kinga Glyk a Polish jazz music star
Jazz music in Poland is becoming every day more popular. Jazz and blues musicians are many and have influenced the music that is heard in Poland. One of these musicians is Kinga Glyk. She is only 20 years old and has so far held over 100 concerts both in her country and abroad. He has started to deal with music at the age of 12 and today is considered to be the best Polish bassist, representative of the younger generation, a star of jazz and blues music. She has collaborated with renowned and experienced musicians like Robinson Jnr, Bernard Maseli, Ruth Waldron, Natalia Niemen, Jorgos Skolias, Apostolis Anthimos, Leszek Winder and others. Kinga interprets other artists as well with his father, whom he considers to be a respectable musician for whom he says that apart from sharing the same blood, they share the same musical tastes. Her last album, the second one for her, is titled “Kinga Głyk ‘Happy Birthday’ live”. Meanwhile Kinga has completed the third album recordings with very good musicians like Greg Hutchinson (on drums), Nitai Hershkovits (on the piano) and Tim Garland (in the saxophone). The album will be titled “Dream” and is expected to be released soon.
