This is why “Joker” soundtrack sounds familiar to us

Over the last few days, people have been talking about the film “The Joker” and how actor Joaquin Phoenix has played an Oscar-worthy role.

So besides the soundtrack written by Todd Philips there is another very challenging composition by Hildur Guðnadóttir.

 

Hildur Ingveldar Guðnadóttir is an Icelandic musician and composer formed on the cello instrument, in the field of classical music.

 

The Icelandic composer is the author of the soundtrack written for the series “Chernobyl”.

She has won the “Emmy” award for “Best Music for a TV Series or Special Program”. This award was won for the Chernobyl series. Let’s wait for the nominations for the upcoming Oscars.
