Here is when Albania sings in the Eurovision Grand Final

Already the two Eurovision semifinals have been held and 20 competitors have come out, who together with 6 direct qualifiers will play in the final of May 18th. So now 26 lessons have been learned that will be sung at the 64th edition of the Festival.

But as we have learned this festival is more than a musical contest, it is also a kind of party after which there is a great work that is done to bring it as complex and as diverse as possible. Each participant puts on stage a stage-specific feature that combines dance, scenography, special or theatrical effects. Jury and public decisions go just over these elements as a whole package.

In this edition, diversity is great both in music and stage show. This year the festival is held under the motto “Dare to dream”.

Today the producer of the competition Christer Björkman and the executive supervisor Jon Ola Sand have also decided on the ranking of the songs in the final.

Jonida Maliqi representing Albania will sing the second. Jonida performed last night in the semifinal and after voting she qualified for the final.

Jonida sings the song “Ktheju tokes”  with lyrics  and music by Eriona Rushiti, instrumentation by Enis Mullaj and accompanied on stage by Tiri Gjoci, Artemisa Mithi and Uendi Mansaku. Jonida’s outfit where traditional elements are distinguished,  is designed by the stylist Ardi Asllani.

Meanwhile, when the voting process will take place, Conchita Wurst will be the winner of 2014. The great surprise in this finale is Madonna. Its presence just before the Eurovision was still in question. The presence in the final has already been confirmed by both the pop star  and the organizers.

Madonna will sing two songs: “Like a prayer” superstition that celebrates the 30th anniversary of the release and a new song from her new album.
