Finneas O’Connell a song about the negative sides of the internet

Finneas O’Connell, a six-time Grammy Award winner and Billie Eilish’s brother, is back with a very significant piece entitled “I Can’t Wait to Die.” It is about his relationship with the internet and the negative consequences that the online environment can bring.  This is his second song for 2020. Last month he delighted his followers with the song “What they’ll say about us”. After composing many successful songs for his sister he is focusing on improving his solo career.  “I am glad that this song can be valuable for anyone who listens to it, but for me the song talks about my relationship with the internet. Especially in an election year. Especially at the time of the pandemic. Sometimes the internet makes me laugh, sometimes it makes me cry, there are times when it makes me hope. “But sometimes it makes me want to die,” Finneas said in a statement.
