This was a show not seen in Cagliari for nearly 143 years. Brought to the public a century and a half later (the last time it was released in the City Theater in 1876) the show came to the stage with the technology needed for these occasions to convey the atmosphere of the time. the cinematic effects, between the dreamy atmosphere and the events that take place, the scenes told by the protagonists, were shocking to the audience in the hall. Of course the singers did their part too. The “Attila” known as Verdi’s “patriotic” opera invaded the lyricists of the Cagliari Lyric Theater. The work was greeted with applause.
