Scala Academy students on stage with daring choreographs

Scala Academy Ballet School students are performing in the sequences of annual performances. They will continue to appear on the web in Lebanon, at the Al Bustan International Festival of Music and Performing Arts in Beirut.

 

On March 5 and 7, they will perform the “Bayadère” and choreography of William Forsythe ‘In the middle, somewhat elevated’, a ballet performed for the first time in 1987 for the “Paris Opera”.

This is the first time a student is entrusted with such a program.

In the final will be presented with Presentation, created by the director of the Ballet Troupe of Skala Frédéric Olivieri. With Etudes by Carl Czerny it is possible for 188 academy students to show their skills.

On stage they will be on 5, 7 and 12 March and the final will be on March 13th.
