BLACKPINK is a group of girls from South Korea Jisoo, Jennie, Rose and Lisa. Their video clip titled “Kill This Love” has already entered history as it reached 59 million views in the first 24 hours of its release. You tube representatives have claimed such a record: at the same time this clip has seen 979,000 on YouTube Premiere.
They sing the K-pop genre stream that is known for complex choreographic, dramas and emotions.
This year is quite crowded for the group that after being expected to sing at the Coachella Festival will also start a tour in North America as the first K-Pop female band holding an international tour with a live music band.
The band career in America of these girls started after they came to The Late show with Stephen Colbert and Good Morning America. Ariana Grande who is also the main guest of “Coachella” has said she will be known with the girls in the backstage.
BLACKPINK, consists of JISOO, JENNIE, LISA and ROSÉ, both vocalists and dancers and fashion icons. The group was founded in 2016 and began to recognize a climb that many people worship.
The song titled “DDU-DUDDU-DU” was the most appreciated in the history of the female K-Pop by entering the Billboard as well. This song recognized 10 million views in just 6 hours after the release and 36.2 million views in a single day.
One of their most popular and acclaimed collaborations is “Kiss and Make Up” where they have sung together with the Albanian pop star Dua Lipa.
