Applauses in Madison Avenue

The well-known Albanian pianist Hermira Gjoni, who actually is living in USA held a concert in Coshusko Foundation Hall in Manhattan, along with the Albanian-american soprano Fiorela Miria and the Romanian origin pianist Antoni Popa. Hermira Gjoni is known in this country as a distinguished piano teacher, and also as an outstanding piano accompanied. The repertoire contained works by Verdi, Gounod, Bernstein, Mozart, Chopin, Shostakovitch, Lekuona and others. The concert appreciation by music specialists is an important encouragement for our pianist. In our country she left a beautiful memory of her fairness, elegance and finesse in  piano playing.
